FREEDOM IN CHRIST

A ministry of our healing INITIATIVE

It is for freedom that Christ has set us Free.

Galatians 5:1

Freedom in Christ Ministry is a bible based,  inner-healing ministry. It is designed to move you into a place of freedom where you can see yourself as God sees you—his beloved child. One who has a destiny and a purpose!

Through this healing you will move out of a place of slavery—no matter how small—and agreement with lies the enemy. You will be remade through the truth and love of God.

Many people considering whether they need inner healing through Freedom in Christ have considered these types of questions and were unsatisfied with their answers. Take a moment and ask yourself:

  • Am I feeling stuck in anyway?
  • Have I come into agreement with the lies of the enemy?
  • Am I struggling to forgive or let go of the wounds of your past?
  • Am I walking in full freedom as a child of God?

Freedom in Christ Ministry IS NOT a counseling session nor an exorcism. It is a ministry for those who are serious about wanting to be free. Those willing to be honest and renounce areas of their lives that may be open doors to evil influence. And those who have at least one person in their life to support and love them through the process of maintaining freedom.

How the process works

Before We Meet

All people who are interested will receive a brief phone call to make sure they are in the right place to receive this ministry.

After the preliminary phone call, you're expected to read the first half of Unbound by Neal Lozano and spend at least half an hour completing a preparatory assignment prior to the session. In order to cooperate with our bishop, this assignment has been modified from that in the book.

When We Meet

A typical session lasts about 1 ½ hours and you will be with two trained ministers—one who will lead the session and one who will be interceding for you and the leader through prayer.

You will be interviewed in a non-judgmental manner about your life and the areas you may feel stuck. Then you'll be led through the five biblically based steps of Repentance & Faith, Forgiveness, Renunciation, Authority, and Blessing.

Where We Meet

Throughout this process it's important to be close to the healing power and love of Jesus. For that reason we meet on the St. Vincent campus so we can be in the presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.

Are you ready for the joy of freedom?

God made you for this!

Stand therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the equipment of the gospel of peace; besides all these, taking the shield of faith, with which you can quench all the flaming darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Ephesians 6:14-17
